As a Massage Therapist it is Astrid’s goal to provide massage therapy to her clients with the intent to support their journey of healing on a physical and emotional level. She believes that people are not to be “fixed” but are to return to harmony and balance through a collaboration of client and therapist.
Julie received her license in 2010 from Massage Center in Thousand Oaks. She is tiny, but powerful. With a focus on rehabilitative massage work, Julie has spent her career finding the most effective ways to rebalance and restore functionality to the human body. Although not always comfortable, these techniques, when paired with appropriate lifestyle changes, can provide lasting results.
Cristina Walters is a graduate of the National Holistic Institute in Studio City, California. She comes to massage therapy as a second career after being a licensed loan officer and working in the mortgage industry for over seven years. She graduated the core massage therapy program which included training in Eastern and Western massage techniques and furthered her education by graduating from the Advanced Neuromuscular Massage Therapy Program which has helped broaden her knowledge of both anatomy, pathologies, and referred pain. She loves to see progress in the clients she massages and enjoys staying current with new techniques and studies.
Mary graduated from Western Washington University with a degree in Kinesiolgy and a passion for corporate wellness. She is also Nutritional Therapy Practitioner.
