do i need to bring my form of payment to my appointments?

Nope - unless you booked your appointment prior to August 30th or you have a reoccurring appointment then you will still need to bring your payment to the appointment.

how does prepaying work?

When you book your appointment the system will ask for your credit card (like it previously has) but will charge your card when your appointment is confirmed.

what if i need to cancel my appointment?

Our cancellation policy is still the same - please reschedule or cancel at least 24 hours before your appointment or you will be charged the cost of your service. You will be automatically refunded when you cancel your appointment prior to 24 hours. Contact us if you have any questions regarding cancellations.

How do I tip my therapist?

Each therapist has a sign with QR codes where you can directly send them a tip (venmo/cashapp) or you can always tip in cash!

What if I can’t make my appointment and I send someone in my place?

Please work with your replacement to get repaid for the appointment.

will i still RECEIVE a RECEIPT?

Yes, you will still be emailed a receipt.
